From our small block of Sagrantino on the Rayner Vineyard. An ancient variety with its origins in Central Italy, Sagrantino was nearing extinction in the 1970’s before being rescued, and has now found a new home here in McLaren Vale. Our rendition of Sagrantino is lifted and bright, while still showing the hallmark tannin and structure the variety is famous for. 40 dozen bottles made.
